BAFEL: Creating Men and not Labourers

Q1Elaborate about the inspiring journey of your brand BAFEL? What were the ups and downs which you went through pulling off your brand? 

Ans: Bafel has been in the Education and Training Industry from the last 16 years and has been ruling the same. The brand got established by the founder, Mrs. Alka Gupta in the year 2001 with a small centre in Satya Niketan, New Delhi and now has crossed 100 centres all over India.

There was a time when Bafel was busy in delivering corporate trainings and Government projects all over India. Since, Bafel had centre/s only in Delhi/NCR, we were facing problems in sending the trainers for these training delivery/s outside Delhi/NCR. That was the turning point of Bafel history when in order to sort this problem out, we decided to have our centre/s throughout India as there was and there is the need of English language trainings throughout the country and even in outside India. English being Lingua franca, there is the abundance need of having Bafel centres in every nook and corner of the country & abroad. This made us enter in the world of Franchising in the year of 2007 and since then there is No looking back.

 

Q2. What kind of services you provide which could benefit the students or clients and in what sense that is to say for their future?

Ans: Bafel offers various result oriented, strategic courses to improve English language through the expert trainers for students (of all age groups), and working professionals, housewives and more. To name a few- Spoken English Foundation, Spoken English Basic, Spoken English Advance, Spoken English Comprehensive, Customized Courses, Communication Skills / GD, Personality Development, Interview Techniques & Advance GD, IELTS/TOEFL, Voice & Accent, Creative Writing, Business English, Spoken English Online Course and more.

Q3What is the USP of your brand and Services?

Ans: Bafel Academy is an Education and Training company which provides specialized and customised courses for Spoken English, Business English, Voice ‘N’ Accent, Personality Development, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE , Overseas Internship Program, etc. through its retail chain PAN India catering to their entry level skills and expectations across India.

Bafel delivers training based on the entry level skills of the students so that the expectations of the students can be fulfilled.

Our USP lies in the quality of our training modules.

Q4What are your expansion plans and future prospects? How will you be doing it?

Ans: The mission which Bafel MD has dreamt is to reach out to every individual either through the franchising route or the Govt. channels and establish a BAFEL Global platform through establishing the learning centre/s not only in big cities and Cosmopolitans but also in tier 2 and tier 3 kind of cities, villages & towns.

Q5What kind of training and support do you provide to your students?

Ans: Apart from the regular class/s, Bafel provides extra classes on Saturdays to students, mock sessions, role-over sessions, audio visual training sessions, one to one training sessions depending on the entry level skills of the students. Bafel customizes the training sessions based on the requirement of the student/s, their expectations and entry level skills. We also provide them our unique training modules. And with the help of franchisezing we would be able to be a success in our goal.

Q6. What are your thoughts on the Market that you provide service to?

Ans: Bafel has been in the market for the past 16 years and has been ruling the English training Industry since then. If the quality of the training is maintained in Training and Education industry, the money pours in like anything. So, “Quality (in terms of good word of mouth) is the essence of ensuring the Quantity.”

 

Q7. Where can you see your esteemed brand BAFEL in the next five years time?

Ans: The vision of MD, Mrs. Alka Gupta is to reach out to every individual with our kind of English learning courses be it Foundation, basic, advance level or even the Mastery Level. Bafel would also like to explore the international market to help and serve the international students so that they can eventually make their dreams come true. Be it Urban India or the rural India; Bafel would like to design a course which can take care of their requirements and meet their expectations and we should also be pocket friendly at the same time.

Bafel would also like to develop lingua labs in the schools & colleges where students can take these English Speaking classes along side with their school subjects and prepares college students on GD’s (Group Discussion) classes, personal interview preparation including mock sessions, interview sessions & personality development courses and these courses can run alongside with their regular classes so that once they are out of their colleges; they find it a lot easier to find the jobs for themselves and can crack any kind of the interview even if they are Engineers or doctors, MBA’s or holding a normal degrees or diplomas.
