CREDAI Nashik to Organise Property expo Next Month

Real Estate News India: A four-day property presentation, ‘Asylum 2014,’ will be held in the city from December 18 by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association (CREDAI), Nashik. The point of the display would be to bring all properties over the city under one umbrella to encourage individuals to purchase a property of their decision on one stage.

This is the seventh release of Shelter- the biggest land display in north Maharashtra, which would be held at the Dongre Hostel ground in the city. The show will have a sum of 300 stalls and be open from 11am to 9pm. Separated from manufacturers, there would be stalls by monetary foundations and banks giving home advances so that the shoppers can get data relating to such credits and premiums o the same stage.

Identifying with TOI, CREDAI Nashik president Jayesh Thakkar said, “This is the seventh biennial show being held in the city by CREDAI, Nashik. Our destination is to showcase the properties over the city under one umbrella to help individuals hunting down their fantasy homes to get houses inside their financial plan and in the area of their decision. This will spare the time and cash of purchasers.”

Thakkar included, “The safe house will have a sum of 300 stalls of which 180 have been busy so far by developers and engineers. Properties in the scope of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 2 crore will be showcased in the expo. This is a decent time for all home purchasers and speculators from over the state and nation to put resources into Nashik’s becoming land with the Kumbh Mela around the bend
