Elaborate about the inspirational journey of your business?
During the birthday party celebration of my child I observed that a few of the children invited to the party were not eating the cake slice offered to them. On inquiring I was informed that their parents had instructed them not to eat any Non-veg products at the party and the cake was made with egg. This triggered the idea for setting up a egg-less cake brand which would have a universal acceptance. To basically ensure that in future no child would have to say no to a birthday cake.

Entrepreneurship can be a tough and long journey. Starting a company is hard, and growing one is harder. Entrepreneurship is difficult and you must put in work -long hours, more than many other people do. Doing this day in and day out can be tiresome. Sometimes I feel like I’m not winning or getting anywhere. My advice to budding entrepreneurs is work hard but don’t sacrifice family, social life and fun. Manage your time and grant yourself breaks and days off. Take time to socialize and spend time with family and friends. This can help clear your mind so you’ll make better decisions.

Indian bakery industry is one of the biggest sections in the processed food industry of the nation and has undergone a massive change majorly on account of changing perception of bakery products and evolving consumer tastes.Rising urbanization and growth in the disposable incomes of the Indian population has proven to be a magnet for international bakery chains owing to which the sector has seen an influx of foreign bakery companies foraying into India which has helped in improving the quality of Indian bakery products.Today there is a constant effort by the bakery players to innovate their product line to match up to Indian palate. Driven by evolving perception of bakery products in India, consumption boom in the nation and changing consumer preferences, we estimate the Indian bakery industry to touch levels of INR 500 billion in the next five years.

We started our Franchising operations in the year 2012.We will be a 100 Crore brand by the year 2025.
