Q1.Tell us about Spa Palace since its inception. What is the USP of this spa?

I was on a tour to Thailand in 2014 and there I experienced the richness and healing power of Thai Ancient Spa therapies, until then it was just a medium of pleasure for me (as I’d heard from others.) After getting a therapy from a trained Thai Therapist I was convinced that it’s extremely required service in India for the too much hassled and tensed workforce of India. Be it any businessman or private or public sector person everyone in India is in rush to earn livelihood. I thought of giving them a moment of calmness and relaxation by providing them best of the Thai Spa services in India. That’s how idea of Spa Palace came into mind.

We could’ve started the chain from metro cities but we thought to provide the experience to most untouched people of Indian workforce of businessman in small towns and cities. Although it was a big challenge in those area due to the existing image of this industry (Due to some) we faced many challenges. Now as we jumped one successful year we have female members and families as regular members in the same small towns and cities. All Spa Palace outlets are also making good profits.

We are continuously working towards to change the image of industry and providing the real ancient Thai Spa Services in all of Spa Palace outlets.

Q2.List the services and therapies offered in Spa Palace that differentiates it from the other brands?

Although there are many Traditional Thai Therapies available at Spa Palace and some of them are as follows

Detox Pack – To detoxification of skin from pollution and regularized the blood circulation.

Rejuva – Effective in treating Anxiety and to de-stress an individual.

Hot Stone – Ancient Thai hot stone therapy

Aroma – Done with aroma oils according to the need

Q3. Share your views on wellness industry? Where do you position Spa Palace in terms of pricing and footfall in the current scenario of spa business?

There is a huge scope of traditional methods in wellness industry in India as people are now shifting towards to old traditional methods because of the harmful effects of chemical used earlier. Spa Palace is the best to have that experience as we religiously follow the traditional methods and materials.

Our all Spa Palace outlets are having extremely good footfall as we help them in getting the same by innovative

Marketing strategies like Celebrity endorsements and exclusive membership plans etc.

All of the Spa Palace outlets are performing well and easily achieve the ROI within first FY of opening.

Q4.What challenges you face in terms of maintaining the current position of your brand?

When there are processes in place to maintain the quality there are no challenges.

Q5. From where do you source your products including essential oils and creams, bathrobes, towels, equipment, etc?

We have our set manufacturing vendors who makes the products for Spa Palace under our guidelines and supervision and supply directly to outlets to provide the best price.

Q6. What kind of backend and frontend support you would provide to your partner?

We provide full turnkey support. At Spa Palace we work actively with partner and make sure the partner feels the same relaxation as the customer. (No point of taking tension while de-stress other).

Q7. Where do you see your brand in the next 5 years and what are your future strategies?

We are aiming to become largest brand in the industry in next 2 year and largest in Asia in next 5 years.
