Start by telling us why have you picked this sector, and how has your journey been so far?
We have picked the sector considering previous work experience of 9+ years with Dominos India. We wanted to launch own pizza brand by applying the experience and knowledge gain from working in Dominos.
Tell us about the USP of your brand and where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
We consider ourselves as one of the best Indian pizza chain in terms of taste as well as costing which is also our USP. In next 5 years, we see ourself serving delicious yet economical Italian food in each part of the country with 200+ restaurants on-board.
How long was the business operating before it became a franchise network and how long has the business been franchised?
We have launched the brand in Year 2016 from Ghaziabad, NCR Region. Within a year, many people started approaching us to open a restaurant for them and from thereon we never looked back and have opened up 25+ restaurants in 6+ cities of India.
What are the criteria for choosing a franchise and what are your expectations out of it?
Apart of the capacity to invest for business and required space, we want our franchisee partner to have passion and love for food.
What kind of training and support do you offer to the franchise?
We provide full support to our franchisee partner, be it property/site selection, designing & layout, outlet setup, staff selection & training, vendors tie-ups, marketing & on-going quality check.
How do you see the future of the industry you are in and what are your future strategies?
F&B is a risk free and recession proof business with ample opportunities for everyone in big market like India. Having said that, one needs to be innovative in their product line, and should understand the changing needs of customers to sustain in long run. We will definitely be taking caring of both aspects to keep our customers excited for our brand.
