In a statement to the New Indian Express, organizer Riya Sunny described the event as a \u201cgreat opportunity\u201d for those curious about investing, and interested to see what kinds of options are available to them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have been organizing similar shows for the last eight years for the Non-Resident Indians who are on constant lookout to invest in the US, UAE or India,\u201d said Sunny. \u201cIt is a great opportunity for investors and prospective home owners to attend and see what they have in offer at this show.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each event will be held from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All of the expo\u2019s events will feature a lecture on current market trends and the local Indian real estate sector at5:30 PM. Banks and finance companies will also be present to help secure loans and lock down deals on the spot, in order to expedite the investment process.
