(FCEL)announced the board meeting to be held on 26 December, 2015 to propose and approve re-alignment of the business handling the distribution of food and FMCG products through a franchise arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>Kishore Biyani (CEO of Future Group) added that they will also consider the issue of compulsorily convertible debentures on a preferential basis, issue of warrants, convertible into equity shares, to promoters on a preferential basis and issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Future Consumer Enterprises Ltd.
