Caf\u00e9 Basilico is located in areas rich in art and culture, and incorporates natural beauty into its design. People visit, chill and enjoy here. The thought for Caf\u00e9 Basilico came to us when we found that most of the cafes in India are boring and don\u2019t innovate. We wanted to give a refreshing and international feel to the local caf\u00e9 industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q.2. What has been the most difficult aspect of getting your brand off the ground and how did you overcome that?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Cafe industry requires an efficient and systematic operation. For a proper running of the caf\u00e9, we needed vendors, backend support, supply chain management and a fully functional IT system. Caf\u00e9 Basilico hired the right vendors and expert IT tools which smoothen the entire operation for us. Now, we can focus on our core product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q.3. What is Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of Caf\u00e9 Basilico? How is your brand different from your competitors?<br \/>\n<\/strong>We are dedicated to two things: our customers and food. We have a mesmerizing list of food from Pizza to grills all served in a natural and pleasant ambience. Our customers enjoy an uninterrupted time in our peaceful caf\u00e9, away from the daily rush of city. Caf\u00e9 Basilico is frequently visited by celebrities, bringing us into the spotlight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q.4. Where have you marked your presence in India till date?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Our Caf\u00e9 is attwo locations in Mumbai (Andheri and Bandra), plus in Goa and Gurgaon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q.5.
