\"\"\u00a0 Tell us about the journey of your business? What were the challenges that you faced?<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0 We started with a single store in South Delhi with an aim to provide all medicines<\/a> under single roof in 2006. At that time getting genuine medicine at fare price with bill was a challenge. We saw the gap and started our first store. Initially things were not so easy but soon we got good response from market and rolled another store in NFC in 2008. Same year we started getting customer\u2019s request for 24 hour as there wasn\u2019t any store in near proximity opened after 10pm. So we made our both stores opened 24×7. After lots of learning and losses we got the path on which we\u00a0 our today in 2010. We were awarded with lots of institutional orders which include Dubai embassy, Tata Projects , Max Healthcare to name few. In 2014\u00a0 we planned for franchising. We met with lots of consultants and after 1.5 year of our training and model conceptualization we signed our first franchisee in 2015 in Dwarka. By 2017 we were able to get 12 franchisees on board. Same year we were awarded with franchisor of the year.\u00a0 After running those stores successfully we routed our ways to Pan India and within a year we had a network of 40+ pharmacies across India. Recently we are rewarded pharmacy in one of the biggest hospitals in India.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
