I have been in the teaching profession for the last 20 years. All through as I was teaching, I always felt something amiss in kids. The pre-school education has not been taken seriously and the formative years of the kids are extremely important to their development. After good 12 years as a teacher, I started my own pre-school. The venture gave me wings to express my desire to help the kids develop faster in their formative years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There have been many challenges, both financially and emotionally while setting up and stabilizing the venture. However, staying firm and grounded helped me and my team to achieve a quality product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.Tell us about the USP of your brand and where do you see yourself in next 5 years?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our USP is that we provide quality pre-school education with a critically acclaimed curriculum that helps children develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are extremely important for them to succeed in kindergarten, school, and life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Further, the brand promises to provide entrepreneurs, a successful business venture that helps them to start a venture at low investments and high returns. 3.How long was the business operating before it became a franchise network and how long has the business been franchised?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The business has been operating for almost 8 years. This concept cannot be just limited a handful of Tier A & B cities.
