Mandira is an\neverlasting health and fitness icon who is a role model for most women across\nthe country. She received her recognition through the first ever television soap\n<strong>Shanti<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then\nshe has had a successful career as an actress and hosting for IPL over the\nyears. She follows a strict healthy routine and a fitness regime, which helps\nher to remain young and fit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneously,\nVivafit India is on a rapid expansion mode starting with complete focus over\nNorth India and thereby expanding nationally. Three centres have been opened in\nthe NCR region and the planning for a fourth is taking place in Gurugram which\nis expected to open in June 2019.
