Quest: Tell us about WE Excel? How it started and what is the inspiration?
The origin of WE Excel Software’s Pvt. Ltd. took place in the year 2006 in Chandigarh with a small group of industry professionals and like minded people to offer IT Solution in Education and Other Segments. The biggest challenge at that time was to introduce IT Solution, when large players were already in the market. The brand started in the year 2006 with modest beginning and today WE Excel is the largest IT Solution Company not only in North Zone but across all zones.
Quest: What are the service/ products your company deals in?
WE Excel develop and implement software’s for Government, Private and International Clients. Here are some:

Government Application Portfolio: The company offers a host of Applications for different segments of the Industry. All our applications are compatible and can be customized according to client needs.
Enterprise Warehouse Management System– up and running successfully at HAFED, Haryana State Warehouse Corporation (HSWC), Food and Supplies , Haryana, CONFED , Haryana, Punjab State Warehouse Corporation (PSWC).

Quest: What strategies you employ to retain the standards of WE Excel?
The strategies adopted to retain the brand value of WE Excel were out of the conclusion which aroused out of decades of practical application and intensive research. Most effective way which WE Excel Group adopted was restructuring, motivating factor, improving information & clarifying decision, which mattered the most. With these factors in mind, we developed an online profiler that allowed our people to assess the execution capabilities of our organization, which helped us to retain the brand value.
Quest: What are the future expansion strategies?
Future expansion strategies are to have around 300 Channel Partner/Franchisees within the 2 years of time across PAN India and SAARC Countries.
Quest: What motivated you to franchise your company model?
Franchising works by combining the drive and energy of the entrepreneur with the experience and expertise of the franchisor. Over the years, our model has proven the business system, and the idea is great . Now, WE Excel Group want to share and partner with the upcoming entrepreneur, as the software’s have been developed, perfected, branded and marketed.
Quest: How many centers of WE Excel are currently in operation, and how many of them are running through franchise?
Franchising was started only in March 2013 and currently we have many Centers in operations and all are running through Franchise System. First time in franchising any IT sector is being franchised, and WE EXCEL Group has done it, with successful operation within shortest possible time.
Quest: What are the basic requirements to become a franchise partner of WE Excel?
A vision and desire to control own destiny to build a business for yourself, with a legacy for children. Franchise ownership combines a sense of Independence with a greater level of security. Nothing could be better for the entrepreneurial spirit than being rewarded directly for their effort.
Quest: What support and training you offer to your franchisees?
We want our partners to succeed. Intensive training is given prior to opening of the business. They are trained in all segments with financial and Management skills as well.
Quest: How the company’s franchisee model could benefit aspiring entrepreneurs?
WE Excel Model can be a powerful way to expand a growing business. If entrepreneur can distill the essence of our brand and business operations into an easy to follow formula and set of standards, then this shall be the next logical step for the entrepreneur towards success.
Quest: How will you analyze the IT sector of India?
Indian IT Sector is the only Industry in the country that has outperformed all others in the battle against the global competition. Taking its Advancement further ahead, the Indian IT industry has taken itself to a new height to be at par with the global leaders. Software exports in India have played and shall play a major role in the economic development of the country.
