The Mumbai-based real estate developer to build a luxury residential project Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Godrej Projects Development Private Limited (GPDPL), has signed a Development Agreement to redevelop a private society, Sunder Sangam Cooperative Housing Society Limited, situated at Malad West.
The project, spread over 1.3 acres, will offer approximately 95,000 sq. ft of free sale area. The existing 118 members will be rehabilitated as part of this project. This project is located in the heart of Western suburbs, on S.V. Road, and is a part of Sunder Nagar which is a well known planned layout. The site offers excellent connectivity to domestic and international airports and is in the midst of numerous high street retail and commercial establishments.
