Established in the year 2018, Tumbledry Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is well-funded Laundry & Dryclean E-commerce organization, founded by an IIT Gold Medallist and IIM-Ahmedabad scholar, having 7 years work experience in luxury, telecom and defence sectors.
The intent behind our companys formation is to revolutionise the unorganized laundry service provided by maids, dhobis and other stores, into a professionally managed retail + e-commerce service.

In this fast paced world, the customer is lapping up any alternative which gives them ease & convenience; saves time or provides multiple choices as per individual needs. Classic examples are rapid adoption of e-commerce services by the customers like - Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato. Any alternative which saves time without compromising the quality of product or service generates high interest & adoption by the new age customer. We are witnessing a similar shift in consumer behavior in their laundry habits as well.

Mode of Operations:
Tumbledry operates laundromat stores through a combination of Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) and Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO) stores. Laundromat stores is a new concept in India, wherein the clothes are washed, folded, steam ironed and dry cleaned at the stores. All the store functions are connected through technology via a Proprietary Web and Mobile App based CRM, which enables the users in placing orders, tracking orders, invoicing, payment and service feedback.
Presence / Reach:
We are currently present in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Baroda. In the calendar year 2019, we are looking at aggressive expansion in Delhi- NCR followed by a national roll out.
