What is the story behind starting up this business?
I am working between India and Korea since 1987 bringing new projects and technologies. We are one of the biggest manufacturers of Cosmetics in Korea. And Korean products are not only very good in quality but also very successful in India. Our group in Korea is handling latest technologies.Apart from this Cosmetics and Salon business we have other items to be offered to the prospective entrepreneurs such as Granite feel Paint/Under Sink Faucet/ Battery Renovation /Hospital bed Rentals (Auto Feces Handlers) etc.
What are your strategies for strengthening up your network and business expansion?
We are working on the potential clientage with the help of franchising companies our associates news papers mouth publicity.We are planning to open our brand stores for Cosmetics / B2B Display Stores for Korean Domestic and Electrical items. Battery Renovation Projects on District Basis.
How can Franchising be used to develop or re-engineer a business?
Franchising can be used to reach a client who is aware of a business, but have not excess to it. By franchising different products and services can be offered on mass scale and at the door step of the consumer.

More than six items are available in Trading/manufacturing/servicing etc. , available for franchisees.
What do you see as the future of the industry you are in? Where does this company stand in its industry?
We will cross 470 Billion in 2011 and will cross 850 Billion by 2020.

We do not charge a franchise fee. But with our experience we found that the entrepreneur is more comfortable by spending money. We promote our own brands. We want to increase the royalty and not the franchise fee. Probably we will have to add this franchise fee feature because we will be working through a franchising company.
