Ques. Tell us about Talent Net?
TalentNet was formed in the year 2010 with a vision to take IT and Non-IT education to all corners of the country to create Jobs, which the youth can readily access for India’s tomorrow. Our Cutting edge programs and Marketing Campaigns gives a winning edge to our Customers and Partners.
TalentNet is an amalgamation of two decades of experience of industry veterans in the academic space. Talent Net provides ‘single window’ solutions to the students, higher learning institutes, government and schools across the country, by coming out with the products and services which are efficient, exciting and contemporary. Vibrant heart, mind and soul are the key ingredients of our vision to reach out to the youth of this nation. Ques. What services are offered by it?
Retail Education
TalentNET opens up retail Education Centres and is actively involved in servicing the needs of the students of today. In IT education we are providing ‘Basic IT Education’ and also high-end ‘Software Development’ courses. In non-IT Education we provide job-oriented short term Courses aligned towards employability, as there is also a great demand in the industry for non-IT skilled workers and hence we have launched many courses to enhance and qualify people towards fulfilling the required jobs.
Setting up Partner Centres
We invite people with vision, passion to perform and sheer grit to apply for opening up of a Franchisee Center in their city. One needs to have commercial space of about 1500 square meter in prime location of the city. Upon finalization we will help franchisees with setting up of the center completely with brand designs, branding strategies, recruitment of staff and grand opening. Our team will also support the center with marketing campaigns and train franchisee staff towards process excellence.
Quest. What inspired you to take franchise route for expansion of your company?
To be able to have a national footprint it is important for any organisation to grow with partners of high calibre who have a better understanding of their geographies and requirement of the local masses. Partners with same vision join hands with us to grow with us as the organisation grows.
Ques. How do you maintain the productivity of your company?
TalentNET strives to be a pool or network of Talented individuals, highly experienced team and partners. We follow our stringent process and policies to ensure that the vision of the company is aligned to operation excellence too.
Ques. How many centers of Talent Net are running through franchising? And how many in total?
We are a new company and we want to grow steadily. We are very particular of our partners and hence would like to appoint the best Franchisee in any Location. Our Company-owned location is in Delhi and our first Franchisee is in Patna, Bihar.
Ques. What requirements are there that a franchisee needs to learn about?
The franchisee needs to have a space in the prime location in his / her city of about 1500 sq ft. Each franchise in state is required to have two classrooms and one Lab of 8 – 16 computers depending on the city. Centre head cabin and counseling room apart from basic amenities. Annual franchisee fees of 1.2 lacs to 3.6 lacs are there depending on the city.

We give complete support to our franchisee in terms of :-

Ques. How do you foresee the challenges and opportunities in this sector?
The Education Sector is a 55,000+ Crore Sector and if our Partners ensure high quality of education delivery it is apparent that the customers of that location will strive to be a part of this revolution. So education delivery of very high standard is the game changer for the partner and us.
Ques. The future plans for next five years?
We plan to open up 150 Centers in the next 5 years in category A and B Cities. Every center after successfully running for 3 years with all documentation in place becomes eligible for central and state government Grant Funds for which we will apply. We will also introduce newer courses from time to time to ensure customer engagement from many sectors.
