NATURE OF PRE-OWNED CAR MARKET IN INDIA
The Indian Pre-owned car market was disorganized, and was characterized by lack of transparency and choice. Small-time brokers dominated it. A customer looking for a pre-owned car:
- Was not given a choice of cars
