The brand was created to provide a one-stop fashion solution for today’s Urban Women that offers Occasion wear, Smart casuals, Corporate wear, and Plus Sizes.
Established in 2009, it now operates 21 successful exclusive stores pan India and has a loyal customer base of 80,000+ customers who regularly update their wardrobe every season from us!
Tell us about the USP of your brand and where you see yourself in the next 5 years.
Paislei is a brainchild of a group of enthusiastic and dedicated fashion lovers, created with the intent to offer top-notch quality fashion at surprisingly affordable price points. Our customers are treated to a wide range of product mix that complete multiple looks for them with infinite options to mix n match and make one’s own style mantra.
We are also proud to be one of the largest producers of winter wear ethnic fusion wear for Urban women, unlike any brand. We believe none does this category of clothing at that extensive scale as we do, thanks to the love and support of our customers who have been adoring the designs and styles which can go scanty when it comes to winter fashion in the fashion retail markets.
Paislei has successfully established itself to be a huge crowd puller, especially at some of the top shopping arenas country-wide, adding to the malls and high street marketplaces, becoming an asset for them.
We aim to add hundreds of stores / Shop in Shops and make our online presence stronger in time to come and are well on track with that!

How long was the business operating before it became a franchise network and how long has the business been franchised?
Paislei was established in 2009 with our first franchise store opened in 2011 and now successfully running 7 franchise stores out of a total of 21. It also opened up its first international store in Kathmandu, Nepal which is a roaring success!
What are the criteria for choosing a franchise and what are your expectations of it?
We understand that any stakeholder in the ecosystem can only add value when they share the vision of the brand passionately. Having said that we are very particular about the location, how dedicated will the franchise partner be to the business, and their attitude towards growth and acceleration in general.
What kind of training and support do you offer to the franchise?
Training is a very important part of our system. Right from helping the Franchise choose the best location, to providing the Interiors manual, hiring the right team, conducting learning and development sessions for upselling / cross-selling, setting store SOPs, giving all tech support/business automation to MIS study and replenishment of stocks, we literally hand hold our Franchise in making the Endeavour a success.
How do you see the future of the industry you are in and what are your future strategies?
The future of our industry is infinite, with the limited number of organized players and even fewer with vertical setups like our`s we see Paislei becoming a market leader in this segment in the next 3 – 5 years.
