Nvento Foods Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2006 to develop and manufacture breakthrough products using modern food technologies for the bakery and food service industry. Nvento is engaged in the production and marketing of non-dairy toppings (creams) at a B2B level. It has its corporate office at Mumbai, with regional offices at Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, and two production facilities, at Pune and Hyderabad.
The idea for eggless bakery products was conceived by Ratish Shete, the Master Chef and founder member of Nvento as a result of numerous inquiries from bakers who were having difficulty with their eggless range of products due to poor quality of cake concentrates available in the market. Egno Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Gatox) was thus established in 2009 to manufacture and market eggless bakery products at a B2C level in India. Mr. Shete is an alumni of Dadar catering college and has been associated with the bakery industry for many years in a professional capacity.
