Mumbai Xpress is a quick eat outlet concept for the market. The outlet is aimed at serving Mumbaiya and North Indian foods for the vast migrant population working in various industries in India.
The concept is to provide a taste which is similar to the food they get back in their home towns. The recipes are tweaked to provide a different taste from the regular products available with the competitors.
Mumbai Xpress has been running a quick eat food outlet at Bangalore
since 2014. Since December 2017, our franchisee outlet is running
successfully at Bellandur, Bangalore.
We are blessed and guided by successful hoteliers & restaurateurs, with over 20 years in the industry, who are part of the family and close friends -- Mr. Pradeep Sharma from Mumbai, Mr. Girish Desai from Goa and Mr. Mahesh Shetty from Belgaum.
Technical advice and support for the project design and management
comes from Ms. Nikeeta Gupta from Delhi. She is a Graduate from
Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development & Masters in Management Studies from Dublin Business School, Ireland. Her experience with The Oberoi, The Taj West End & JW Marriott is helping the project since its inception.
