Q1. Elaborate about the inspiring journey of your brand Juice Salon? What were the ups and downs which you went through pulling off your brand?

The journey of “Juice” has been an exciting and enriching journey. From its first salon to becoming the network of 30 salons and growing.  The idea was to be a brand which brings latest trends and cutting edge technology to our customers in comfortable and sleek environment, using best international products in the market. Also the key to this success was our academy wherein the entire technicians were trained and up graded regularly to deliver the best in class services.

Q2. What all services you provide which could benefit the customers and in what sense?

Juice is a full service salon providing hair, skin and nails service.

Q3. What is the USP of your brand?

Juice is the first trendiest and stylist Unisex Salon Chain of the country. The ambience in our salon is very vibrant and lively and we work with brands like Loreal, TIGI, Remy Laure etc.

In short to supply services and products that enhances the physical appearance and mental relaxation. Juice is also the first to start a Nail Bar concept in India and today we have our own brand “LYN” Live Your Now, for delivering Nail services to all our clients across all Juice Locations. With the right guidance of franchisezing we would be expecting to see the required growth.

Q4. What are your expansion plans and future prospects?

Juice will be expanding its network in all Metros, Up-coming Metros and State Capitals.

Juice targets to have 100 salons by 2017.

Q5. What kind of training and support do you provide to your Network?

Juice has its own (Hair & Nail) academy and it is used to provide trainings for New Salons as well the existing network of salons. Juice conducts training on regular basis to keep its network abreast with latest trends in the Industry.

Q6. What are your thoughts on the Market that you provide service to?

The beauty services consumption in India has been increasing exponentially since last couple of years. Consumers are becoming more aspiration driven which has led to evolution of concept of grooming and beauty for both male and female segment in order to enhance their appearances

Rising affluence of middleclass segment has upgraded their consumption lifestyle and increased their willingness to buy beauty products and services. Beauty and spa service providers have started expanding to Tier II and Tier III cities as these markets provide similar potential as their metro counterparts. Operational costs for service providers are also lower in these comparatively smaller towns.

The beauty industry of India has been witnessing increased number of international players. The market which was earlier women centric has started concentrating on male grooming and is coming up with large numbers of unisex salons. Existing players in the market are adopting franchisee route for expansion. The growth showcased by the industry has also caught the interest of private-equity and venture-capital investors who are funding expansion plans of businesses in the segment.

Q7. Where can you see your brand Juice Salon in the next five years time?

Juice would be most preferred destination present in all key cities of India. With an reputation of consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality products, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable value.
