Start by telling us why have you picked this sector, and how has your journey been so far?
I picked the sector of Robotics & AI out of my passion. After working in few German companies I could see lot of gap in Indian Robotics Technologies and Indian Education.
The courses taught in institutions are obsolete and not much relevant to the current industry. Indian School and college students have lot of potential and creativity however India still lacks behind in inventions and creating new technologies. Most of the Robotics companies are still from Germany, USA, France and Japan. There are very few Indian companies in the field of Robotics and Automation.
Thus to reduce this gap and bring better platforms for Indian students to innovate we established the brand of Mechatron Robotics® where we mainly focus on training related activities. We are trying to bridge the gap between the industries & education by building a platform where the students become the neoteric innovators and junior scientists.
Our company name is Neurapses Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where we work on AI & Machine Learning to help businesses with our intelligent customised software products which uses AI algorithms to solve their business needs. Mechatron Robotics® is the educational brand of it. So we are working in these two areas.
The journey has been very exciting as we actually started franchising from Jan 2018. Within two years we have now more than 15+ locations in India & Abroad and the best part is our partners are happy with the support system we have developed for them. How long was the business operating before it became a franchise network and how long has the business been franchised?
We officially started in 2017 when we first operated with our own centres in Howrah and Pune. Then we wanted to spread the knowledge and courses we have developed to other entrepreneurs who also share the similar vision like us and want to give this platform to their students. So we started franchising in 2018. Most of our franchisee are now operating since last 2 years.

There is a high demand for good Robotics training institutes for kids, school students and college students. There is huge market opportunity with millions of students every year interested to learn this technology (Currently less than 1% of total demand is being addressed).
Our Future Strategy is simple, we wish to reach out to each and every student in India with our courses and training methodologies so that we become No 1 country in the world in the field of Robotics & AI Technologies.
