Q1.Can we start with an overview of your brand; and what inspired you to start Sano Yogurt.

I am working in this industry for last 16 years. I have seen workings and financials of many brands. Why a brand gain market share and why at the same time is losing market share. It is all about your costing, sales and market plan. Sano Yoghurt had came to my mind to start, why to be overcharged to customers if same quality product can be made available in affordable price. I can play in volume with best quality product if I can be affordable and reachable to everyone. What is missing in the current market is good nutritional value or good quality product at affordable price. So Sano Yoghurt is here to fulfill your daily nutritional requirement at affordable price.

Q2. What has been the most difficult aspect of getting your brand off the ground and how did you overcome that?

Product development had given me a big challenge as we were having in mind a high quality product to develop with low cost and within affordable price to customer. A rigorous effort of eleven months had let me to develop products of Sano Yoghurt.

Q3.What is the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the brand? How is your brand different from your competitors?

SANO YOGHURT has brought about a revolution is the flourishing food industry by introducing natural yoghurt in retail pack.

• It is one of the few places offering yogurt, which is the Italian version of a healthy ice-cream, which has less butter fat and hence is substantially healthier.

• It is having Good Bacteria which help to regulate food digestion.

Q4. Where have you marked your presence in India till date?
Sano Yoghurt is available for customers in Lancer international School, Gurgaon and many retail outlets in Gurgaon.

Q5. What kind of backend and frontend support you would provide to your franchisees?
Operational, Logistics and Marketing command will be in hand of company so franchises will have to just take care of financials.

Q6. Where do you see your brand in the next 5 years and what are your future strategies?
Sano Yoghurt will be available at more than 1000 POS in next five years.
