Movez is a fitness company involved in Zumba, Dance and other Fitness activity. Movez has one owned studio located in Wakad, Pune, India and looking forward to grow all over India. Movez completed 1 successful year and is now its a self run enterprise.
Now people are busy with the work and a lot of desk job which requires a bit of fitness activity and we provide them all they want. Going to a gym is monotonous some time so Movez comes as an ice breaker for them.
An hour of Dance / Zumba with music really helps members(customers) be charged up/ be fit and feel fresh throughout the day.

Movez is targeting the residential areas where in we get lots of office & college going youngsters. The customer base is very good and lots of scope of growth as people are more fitness freak now a days. We have observed a linear growth in last one year and expecting a high percentage of growth in coming years.
Gym and cross fitness institutions are indirect competitors and we see many of them are getting converted to our studio because of the activities and services we provide.
Apart from providing regular Dance and Zumba session we conduct various sessions like Bhangara Workout, Bokwa, Cardio Kickboxing etc. which help us to involve and attract the existing and new members.

Movez is running in full swing with 150 active members on board. We have own studio of 800 sq. ft. fully equipped the in prime location of Wakad, Pune. Our members are very happy with the studio and gives us a great feedback. We see new membership every day registering with us and see a great potential in future. We are able to generate a considerable profit margin.

Movez is looking forward to open new branches (Company owned and Franchisee) in Pune and later all across India. Our next step is to find the franchisors in Pune for our studio all across India. In the next 3 years we are looking forward to have at-least 5 company owned branches and around 15 Franchisee branches.
We are planning to build a team of experienced sales team who can find and close the deals with the franchisors.
