Existing Problem

Car owners in India have two options for servicing their cars -
authorized service centers of car
manufacturers, and roadside independent garages. The service centers pass on their huge overheads of real estate, labour etc. to car owners. The roadside garages do not have labour that
is trained on the latest cars. In both cases, problems of shoddily done jobs, lack of professionalism, lack of transparency in operations are aplenty. Long wait periods at the services centers are also very
common.
