Start by telling us why have you picked this sector, and how has your journey been so far?

I have worked with leading brands of country & during my tenure of service I understood that big corporates are growing as they are capable of hiring excellent brains whereas SMEs are not capable of hiring such brains due to less paying capacity.  I have planned to offer the fertile brain services to SMEs on nerd basis. It was initially difficult for SMEs to understand the differences but as time goes they understood the things and are ready to take services and got benefitted.

Tell us about the USP of your brand and where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

We are offering End to End services for businesses and are having an excellent team of professionals with us.  We are offering assured profit incremental as per the individual business industry & potential of his team.  We are looking forward to be one of the leading business consultants group in India.  We are also planning to have a consultant academy to be established by 2025.

How long was the business operating before it became a franchise network and how long has the business been franchised?

We are operating our consulting business since 2016.  We have started our first franchisee in year 2018.  We are still at a very early stage of franchise.

What are the criteria for choosing a franchise and what are your expectations out of it?

Franchisee are being chosen on the basis of their past experience & qualifications.  Willingness to work & learn.

What kind of training and support do you offer to the franchise?

Franchisee team has to undergo with a training program at our office & has to pass some examinations as well before entering into the market.

How do you see the future of the industry you are in and what are your future strategies?

Business Consulting is a growing industry & there are big potentials in the industry to develop.  In India it is still unknown to most of the persons.  This industry will be multi-fold in few years.

  Please share the franchise facts of your brand with us?

Currently we are having 5 franchisees functional & are looking forward for expansion.  We are targeting for 25 franchisees by the end of 2020.
