We are into designer custom tailoring for women\'s western attire. We have built a hub and spoke structure. Our centralized production hub is at Mumbai. We have signed up 4 franchisees in first year of operation and 6 are in the pipe line. We plan to build a vast network of franchisees onshore and offshore. Franchisees who act as spoke only need to keep 2 staff, have 150 sq ft of retail space in mall/retail street and book orders. Franchisees do not need to keep production facility as same is provided by central production hub. We have a model showcase center operational at Bandra Mumbai.
